Very poor customer service. I made an appointment to get my hair colored with high lights & low lights. I changed my work schedule to fit the appointment. When I got there, the stylist, ask me what I wanted, she left to get color swatches, 5 minutes later she came back no swatches. Then she said she needed to confer with her master stylist who recommended not covering the roots & putting high lights low lights in. I told her that I came in to get my roots colored & the hair color on my hair now was an aveda color. She walks away again, comes back & tells me that I need a color correction so my roots won’t look so bright orange. She had all these suggestions but didn’t take even one initiative to touch my hair. She then told me that she only had me booked for 30 min! I asked her if she actually thought 30 min was enough time to color roots. I then said well Can you shampoo & trim my hair. She says let me look & see how much time until my next appt. nope no time left! So she stood there going back & Forth with a master stylist trying to figure out what to do and then informs me that cant do anything to my hair. She asked me to reschedule & do a color correction!! I DONT WANT a color correction. I want my roots colored!! 
I wasted an entire evening there when I could have been earning money or spending time with my family! NEVER again will I try them!
If there was a zero stars, this salon would def get it!!!

Willow is the "Best Nail Tech" in town.  She is personable, takes her time-you never feel rushed, and is meticulous with every manicure and pedicure she does.  I am a licensed hair dresser and I am very particular about cleanliness of utensils used and perfection in the work being done.  Hands down Willow does an " AMAZING" job.  #iamalifer. Highly recommended!

For some reason, the price kept rising! On the phone, i was told 30, once seated at the salon 35$, then at the register, 45$! TThe lady who did my hair also said she was "unable" to straighten my hair sufficently. I specifically asked if this salon could do hair as thick as mine and they said yes! They are not transparent at all which has to be the most frustrating. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was pretty and they offered me coffee. Wouldnt recommend.
