I have been looking for a good stylist and salon for a very long time. I went to Renae and I am happy to say I finally found a stylist I am happy with! She did an amazing job on my hair. She did exactly what I envisioned. She is such a warm person to be around. And the salon has a great atmosphere. I haven't been this satisfied with my hair in a long time! She did amazing!

I read the reviews of this place and contacted them. I have very dark hair and, from the very start, let them know I had zero expectations of what was possible with dark hair in terms of adding any kind of dimension, highlights, etc. I even reached out to the stylist and extensively described my hair, sent pictures, told all my products I use.  I explained that my goal was to add some sort of dimension. Renee (the stylist) had me come in. The salon instructed I arrive early - which I did. I had to wait for Renee for almost 45 minutes. She spent, literally, three minutes with me. Three minutes. She didn't even bother putting the drape on me. She essentially told me she wouldn't work on my hair. I had gone into this knowing I have very dark hair, so I wasn't looking to be blonde. And I'm not even so much offended that she didn't want to risk doing my hair. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is the disregard I was treated with. Waiting for over half an hour, immediately dismissed, and the snobbery I feel I experienced. Renee was not the slightest bit friendly to me or welcoming. She never even greeted me. I sat down and she said she wouldn't work on my hair. Before I came in, she'd said we'd do a strand test. She didn't bother to do it. I finally told her that what I was understanding was that she was unwilling to work on my hair. She replied back that if she were to work on my hair, she'd charge me hourly and, in a way as I interpreted it, like I couldn't afford it.  I had come to a high-end salon - of course I knew it would cost money.  The implied assumption that I couldn't afford it was insulting.  Though, when booking the appointment, they insisted on me providing my credit card number to keep on file in case I didn't show up and explained they'd charge me a fee if I didn't show up. I was absolutely flabbergasted. This was the rudest, snobbiest hair experience I've ever had. And I went into it with no expectations on what was possible. Whether or not Renee is any good at hair, I don't know.  Because she literally didn't give me the time of day.

I needed a new stylist and I stumbled upon this place. My stylist Renae is the best I’ve ever had. She’s always upbeat and has a smile on her face. She uses the latest and most up to date techniques. She always has the best suggestions and recommendations, and she is never pushy about trying to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Renae is amazing. I have a lot of long thick hair and I swear the woman is the hair whisperer or something. She has taken me from needing a color correction to remove blue and a pretty serious cleanup cut to my most recent impulse hair decision - dyeing it all red.
I am really impressed by her transparency in what products she's using and how her plan will impact the cost of the service.
I've spent many hours in her chair at the end of the day and she is personable, friendly and upbeat throughout.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Tonni is absolutely amazing! Where do I even begin? I went in with a color that was done that I was not happy with. I showed her a few pictures of what I really wanted and she worked her magic. From the fresh coffee she kept filled, to the wonderful conversations and her amazing personality, I was beyond in love with my hair in the end! She took time to make sure I got everything I wanted while keeping the integrity of my hair that I’ve been working so hard to grow out. You are an amazing human Tonni and I love you so much! 😘😘
