Was told a 1 1/2  wait. Went back after an hour, told again for another 1 1/2 wait. Asked if I can put name on schedule. Completely ignored me.

I went in for a cut and color. I decided to be the guinea pig ☺ and try out a new color line they have and when all was done, cut and blow dry, I was very very happy with the results. I have Heather handle my hair every time I go in and I'm always happy with the results.

Only one person attending and she likes to talk a lot, so when she says 20 minute wait, is unrealistic, most probably it will be 40+ minutes per client ahead of you.
Such a good location, such a bad service.

Bad service, employees are volgur, rude, business hours are never consistent.
