Saltgrass is our “go-to” for all our special dates, holidays, birthdays, anniversary, etc. We have a Landry’s membership. Yesterday was our 11th anniversary, so we went to Saltgrass.They weren’t busy. No wait, Saturday at 8:30pm. Honestly, the food was good, but the service was so bad, it ruined everything else. We ordered quickly, appetizer, drinks, salad, food. Our waitress came back after we ordered & asked again about 10 minutes later & asked if we wanted an appetizer? I said we already ordered. She looked confused, and said she forgot. We didn’t have bread or salads or wine yet. We had been there quite some time. 20 more minutes and then appetizer, salad, and food came out. Simultaneously. We never got our wine, never got a water refill. It was a disappointment, when our waitress checked on every table around us, except ours.

I will not be going back to the Saltgrass Steakhouse! Fair service but the Manger does not know how to treat customers! I had a to-go order and when I got home I realized it was wrong. Called them and went back to get the right order. Another person at my table also had a to-go order and he immediately told me that we mixed them up! We were at opposite ends of the table so there was no way that happened! He offered nothing in return for the inconvenience which did not make me happy! I finally ended up with a free piece of cheesecake after arguing with him! I will find another place to have my next steak! A place that knows how to treat people right!

Went to eat here for the first time this pass Saturday. The bartender did not even acknowledge us as we stood there to place a drink order while we wait for our table. We flagged down a waitress to ask for a drink. Bartender doesn't even poor the Blue Moons. He handed it to us for us to do ourselves. The waitress was pleasant. The salad was brown. For the price of these meals the salad should never have any brown in them. It took an hour after that to get our steaks. One steak was cooked correct the other was over cooked. They did taste well. My mashed potatoes tasted well. But the portion was a small helping. The ladies room was disgusting! Water all over the floor in the last couple stalls. So I choose the first one. Not a surprise but there was not any toilet paper. That is the last time I will go to this place.

Got the ribs & shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. It was pretty good. The BBQ sauce on the ribs made it all the better. Potatoes didn't seem like they were seasoned very well. Shrimp is always good. Got the Kentucky smash drink to go with it. The drink made my night. All of these are just my opinions but feel free to try for yourself

The waiters were really nice and the food tasted alright but there was a 30 minute wait but hey at least the food was worth it
