Not a bad place to eat, but on a busy night they pack you in like sardines. I usually order the prime rib, medium rare and tonight I followed suit. Unfortunately, the prime rib was just a few notches above tasteless and some parts were extreme tough. The baked potato was done right and the steamed vegetables although good were a little limp... The best part of the night was our waitress, Erika. She was always smiling and ready to help.

Amazing. One of my favorite places to get steak. The waiters are super nice. But I would recommend making a reservation first so you don’t have to wait.

Love this place. The wait staff is wonderful. Haven't ate anything that I didn't love. One of my favorite places to go.

Place was packed and we had to wait almost one hour to be seated, but the food was delicious and cooked to our liking. Our waitress (Chelsea) was very attentive to our needs. We had what we asked and needed, Chelsea very professional and was attentive to the fact that we spoke spanish and was able to address as in either language. That to me is great customer service.

Great food, service atmosphere...basically you just cant go wrong here. I do wish they had a lil more diverse import selection but the limitation I'm sure some from the whole theme of the restaurant. Steaks are cut in house every morning outside of the Porterhouse which they have delivered fresh not frozen and the prime rib which is cut upon order and is just out for the day when it runs out. They have amazing complementary rolls and cinnamon butter made fresh and served hot. Fun friendly staff that seem to work very well together providing the best service because your not limited to waiting on one person to deliver food refills etc. Large menu with lots of options and can get your steak gluten free if you order it prepared separately and without the butter mixture they glaze on durring preparation.
