I am from St. Louis and have never experienced great customer service like I have in Saluki screen repair. Often times getting your screen fixed can be stressful and nerve wrecking, however Ms. Cindy P was extremely reassuring and polite my whole visit. The expected time was an hour and was ready for me as soon as I arrived. My phone was unrecognizable and unresponsive before my visit but Cindy P took care of me by making my phone look partically brand new (she was even able to get the bend out for me) Awesome experience!!!!

I have used Saluki Screen Repair twice for my iPhone and I will always take my phone issues to them.  I have had my iPhone screen repaired and a new battery installed.  There customer service is awesome and they are reasonably priced.  Both repairs were completed in less than 90 minutes with perfect results.  And they won't charge you if they are unable to repair your phone.  No question about it . . . use these guys and gals.  You will not be disappointed.

I've gotten my phone fixed here twice now, and Cindy at the front desk has been super helpful both times. She's really professional and still friendly. She's also the tech who fixed my phone last time; she does quality work!

I bought an iPhone off Craigslist. As I was about to remove the previous customers SIM card, I dropped the entire SIM tray in a storm drain in the parking lot. I went to the Verizon store and they of course, “Don’t have that type of stuff lying around, sorry”. After waiting for week for the replacement tray I ordered from some company on eBay, the tray didn’t fit. As I drove to work debating whether to return the $0.99 tray that didn’t fit and wait another week for a tray that may or may not fit, I saw Saluki Screen Repair Marion. A gentlemen there searched and searched for a tray that would fit but no luck. He told me to try the Carbondale store. Cindy was very helpful, she found me a SIM tray for my phone and saved me from a real headache of having to re-order. Cindy went the extra mile to find it because I didn’t have the phone in question with me. So Cindy had to find an iPhone 6s first. A lot of stores would have sent me on my way with the standard, “Sorry pal, can’t help you if you don’t have the phone, besides I can’t find one anyway”. The store didn’t make any money off this transaction, but by going the extra mile for me without having to ask, I think I’ll have them repair my sons iPhone instead of some local Craigslist guy. Good job Cindy and the guy in Marion that helped me as well.
