I purchased an item at their store which was defective but they wouldn't let me return it. The manager was not professional at all. He told me that It was my fault. I am very disappointed in this company. They lost a good customer.

I am appalled by the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff here. I needed to exchange a belt I received as a gift. After I had walked in I was escorted out of the store by security because they were "closed" despite the fact that the door was open and they were helping other customers. One of the two security people told me to come back at 10 am; I pointed out it was already 10:20 and he told me they were "opening late". Again, the store was already open for others, just not me. I went to Rodeo Drive location and they handled my return in a quick, friendly, and professional manner. The staff here should take a lesson from the Rodeo Dr. staff.
