Very disappointed with the service.  We love Chanel product. And we searched in google MAP and found this location. We walked in this store, have a few simple questions. And the conversation with the sale representative less than 2 mins. Ready to commit and make the purchase.  And there is another lady want to purchased the bag and that sale representative immediately ignore myself and my wife. (because she want to purchased COCO Chanel Bag $4000 and up.) (But today we just want to pick up a simple Chanel Wallet $1000 + plus )and left us hanging.  I understand and respect the fact that is all "about business".  But where is the customer service / principle, and curtesy. To me that is completely RUDE.  Very disappointed.  Do I need to make a purchase of $5000 or more every time to get a red carpet treatment? Finally another sale representative (Josh) came by and asked have we been help.  We told Josh. "yes we did and our sale representative left us and help other customer. We didn't make any statement at the time. I would not recommend to go this location. If you don't plan to make a big purchase transaction.  Good luck.

I went in today to buy my mom a gift for Mother's Day! The sales staff where very attentive!
Incredibly helpful . I was treated very well. Other retail  sale staff should take lessons from Chanel"s sales staff: on  how to treat a customer!
