Parthenon Gyros is a third generation Greek family owned and operated award winning Madison institution, making handcrafted gyros since 1972.
A very big thank you to all of our millions of loyal Parthenon fans, since we opened our doors as the first gyro restaurant in the great state of Wisconsin. We would never have become the greatest gyro restaurant in America without you!
Our famous Gyros are made with 100% house-ground lamb and beef and mixed with simple, natural spices, and our Tzatziki sauce (cucumber garlic sauce) is made from all natural and super good for you Greek yogurt, which we also make right here in-house (from milk!).
And although imitation is the greatest form of flattery, the only place in Wisconsin where you can find the original and the best is right here @ 316 State St., Madison, WI.
