Beautiful hotel. Stayed here last year and loved the balcony and nice, clean room. Used the ping pong table and pool which is indoor / outdoor in one. Nice gym! Love how you walk outside right onto the Riverwalk! Having a Starbucks downstairs was convenient!

Pretty amazing. We were there during Fiesta. It was a little hot and one of the staff bought out 30 rolled up washcloths that were wet and chilled and pass them out to everyone. It was amazing! The rooms were very clean

There was hardly an ac in the room. It was humid every day and night there. I couldn't sleep at all the 4 nights I was there. The beds are hard as a rock and kill your back. We booked a king bed and they only had full beds when we arrived. The phone in the room didn't work. Oh to top that all off, there was a leak in our room and the carpet was soaked and smelt of mold.

This was the absolute best hotel I have stayed in. The room was very spacious and elegant. The balcony view of the Riverwalk is breath taking. The staff were amazing. I told them it was my wife and I anniversary and they made our stay so amazing. I would highly recommend this location for your next romantic getaway.

My mother and I stayed 2 nights here and we were a bit disappointed. The staff was friendly and accommodated us when we asked to change rooms and floor due to the intense smoke smell, the first room wasn’t very clean and it was close to the elevators. Our second room was on a higher floor, comfortable bed and a bit cleaner but a little dated with a wonderful & welcoming maid, who provided us with free water (after our first night) and we were away from the elevators. The first morning after we stayed the water cut out while mom was getting ready. I called and they said this had never happened. I had to use my own water from a used water bottle to rinse her hands. While checking out I asked for a discount and the lady claimed that she could only give me points(which we won’t ever use) but she could not accommodate me with a discount since our rate was already a corporate discount. So yes it is convenient being right at the riverwalk and there are some amenities that are nice but many of the reviews and pictures painted a much classier hotel.
