Jose is awesome !! No wait at all. He made it so easy on me. Moving to Oklahoma and shipping large boxes thru bus station. Its a wonderful ez cheap way to move precious belongings. Jose helped me move all my boxes and got them weighed and checked in very quickly. Im so thankful to Jose at Rinaldi bus terminal. He literally saved me huge stress and aggravation ... Moving is now much cheaper and easier. All you ladies ... Definitely go this route for your upcoming moves and make sure you ask for Jose. I definitely will in the future.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst possible place to travel. Their schedule says they open at 9. The dude didnt show up to open the door until 930. My bus was SUPOSSED to arrive at 9:40 am , 30 minutes larer A bus arrived and it wasn't the right one. Turns out my bus got rescheduled to Noon. Dude at the counter makes up all these excuses how he doesn't know why any of this happens and says he gets all the backlash for busses. First bus to arrive that didnt even need to be there was driven by some old Stan Lee looking dude. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE

Horrible customer service. I bought my ticket online but wasn't able to print my ticket. They didn't print it for me and didn't accept pdf on my phone. Lady there was very rude and told me go print ticket else where. Driver of the bus told me he won't let me on bus without paper ticket! They didn't let me on the bus!!! And didn't refund my ticket!!! I paid for a bus but never got on it! I can't believe it!!! That's just ridiculous!!!!

My mother and I had planned to purchase a ticket to San Jose for $59 from San Fernando, but had accidentally purchased a ticket for San Fernando from San Jose; we realized the mixup right away and called the supervisor immediately explaining that we had made this error and were told to settle our dispute with our credit card company. After doing so, we received a letter two months later (seen below) in which the card was charged again for the dispute. *Disgusted

Not my first time shipping through Greyhound. Have been shipping for over 4-5 years now. I normally ship parts through the 7th ST location in Downtown but this location (in San Fernando) happens to be closer to me. The girl who works there and claims to be the manger "Monica" is very rude and ALWAYS late to work. Customers stand outside for 15-20 minutes and wait for her arrival. In the mornings she looks like she slept only 2 hours, thus her rudeness to others is explained. I shipped a couple of times through this location but last time I had a trouble because she made up a policy that all bumpers must be packed in a box, and can't be shipped in a bubble wrap. I confronted her, told her that only a couple of weeks ago I shipped a fender in a bubble wrap and no one told me anything, she said this policy only applies to bumpers...haha. I asked her to show me the policy and she told me to go online. I went online and there is no such policy. In fact, this is what it says: Do I have to have the item boxed or crated? -No, but the item must be prepared with appropriate packaging materials in order to protect the item being shipped as well as other items traveling in the cargo space. I shipped hundreds of bumpers and never had any problems wrapping them in a bubble wrap. I emailed the regional manager, and he seems to have no clue about what is going there, and he wasn't sure about packaging, he said he had to check. I told him go online and read your own policy which you suppose to know in a heartbeat. I will be sure to write a letter to the GM. This must be resolved. People cannot be treated like s**t, especially when we are paying for their services.
