not to happy with greyhound service bus is not secure after same in the bus told driver to stop the bus from lb to SD on the 12 of June treat him. so he took the bus to the next exit n let him out.were he need to get out.olso lb beach sold me a ticket for more when I had my true the Internet already did not sale me that ticket had to pay more.get yr act rt greyhound or I will speack to same one about this .12 12 17 again bus driver not to freandly n gave me the wronh ticket .return to san diego i am glad i ck .the tickes.🤔

Greyhound is my go-to for long trips. They have very cheap ticket prices. All their buses-some are in good conditions, other aren't. Nonethless if you're trying to get from point A to B for a low price, Greyhound is it!

The Greyhound bus station in Long Beach has really dirty restrooms that need looking into. The seats in their buses are worn out and some of the electric outlets on the bus don't work. Traveling one way from Long Beach to San Diego for $16 is not a bad deal.

Gladys was the sweetest lady ever. Remember it costs $15.00 extra to check a second bag. I didn't know this and only had the exact amount to check that bag. Being that I was going from long beach to Minneapolis this left me with little more than pocket lint for food and such. Knowing this Gladys gave me a discount. This is what the airlines have been missing lately;human compassion and understanding. Gladys could have went by the rule book and stuck it to me but instead she looked at my situation and didn't just have sympathy but empathy. Thank you Gladys!
