I purchased a ticket and immediately after realized that we had accidentally clicked one day too late. Completely my fault; however, when I called customer service they said we’d have to pay $20 to change it (even though it’s months away) and the new ticket was cheaper, but they still made us pay even more money and didn’t compensate for the ticket differences. The lady was also incredibly rude.

The worse experience! Greyhound is not worth even trying. I bought a ticket as a gift for my nephew to travel from L.A. to Sacramento. Bus supposed to leave at 10:00. At 10:30 bus hasn't left and they are told bus has mechanical problems and will wait for a new bus. 2 hours go by and no bus yet. Finally a bus comes and they ride to Bakersfield. Where that new bus breaks down again and they now have to wait for yet another new bus. Waited another 2 hours until that new bus arrived. In the end my poor nephew spent an extra 5 hours on this trip only because buses kept breaking down and waiting for another. Never will I be buying a greyhound ticket again.

They could really work on cleanliness of the bathroom facilities and also trying to keep some of the homeless people from loitering around. I was outside having a cigarette and got offered to by drugs at least 3 or 4 times. If the LAPD is looking for people to arrest for drug crimes, they just have to spend 10 minutes here taking to people outside. They also had monitors all over, but not in use it would be nice to see the bus schedules and gate info on there or something especially when the buses are not on time.

The place is unhygienic. The condition of buses is horrible. Everything smells like a urine. You really have to work on these issues. The money spent on the tickets is not worth to the service and the facilities you provide!

They really just need to close this place or something. Amtrak is the same price and sometimes cheaper but honestly I would pay double to avoid this place again. The staff can not do anything about anything and everything is so chaotic that even simple concepts like lines go out the window. Avoid it at all costs.
