This weekend, I got a massage by Hayden and it was excellent. I highly recommend him! My mother also went in a couple weeks ago for a facial and she had a lovely time, BUT we both experienced negative and unwelcoming impressions from the front desk staff. They did not greet us warmly and were not helpful in answering our questions (this was my first time getting a professional massage.) They made us feel that we were a bother to them and that our presence was a nuisance. Both my mother and I did not feel like valued customers during our interactions with the front desk. Although both our services were excellent and enjoyable, the first impression of the company (aka the front desk staff) was sub par. We will not be recommending CK Massage & Spa to any of our friends or family.

I really love this spa/salon. I mainly use their nails, pedicures, and massage services. The atmosphere is great and the employees always try to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve experienced the spa as ready to go when I show up for an appointment and flexible with adding in services. I also really love the range of services they offer.

My one area of feedback would be ability to get through to CK with their phone. You can book appointments online pretty easily, but If you have questions about the appointment and would like to talk to the front desk it often takes several different phone calls throughout the day to finally get ahold of someone. Understanding they may be assisting customers, I still wish there was a little more responsiveness with this area. This would take my review to 5 stars :)

I have been a member for years.  I have always received great service whether it is a massage or a pedicure.  My wife and I get pedicures together often and it is a very nice experience. Highly recommend them.  Great value. The owner is great and I have always felt valued as a custom.

Utterly disappointed. I’ve been going to the hair salon for a few years, but lately, it’s been a nightmare. I’ve called multiple times and left messages for over two weeks, but never got a timely response. Finally, someone did answer my phone call. I needed to have color applied to my roots, but was informed that the Salon was closing for remodeling. I asked when it would be reopening, but the employee didn’t know and wouldn’t take the time to find out for me. I understand that places need remodeling, but to be so unhelpful with getting me an appointment once it’s reopened shows the lack of commitment to customer service. 

I will not be going back due to the hassle of getting an appointment.

Is no stars an option? WORST Nail experience I've ever had. Within 12 hours I already had a nail fall off so I made an appointment to get them all fixed bc I knew they'd all fall off (in the phone call I mentioned I would need them all replaced or fixed). And then within the week ALL OF MY NAILS FELL OFF. I show up to my appointment that I had made a week in advance only to be told they don't have time to do a full set, they thought it would just be a fill. So now I have NO nails a week after I paid $60 for a full set and they will not refund my money. I am very upset and will never go here again. Highly dissatisfied, DO NOT recommend
