We had an emergency because the sewer line going out of the house was plugged. They came out immediately after we called to diagnose the problem on a Tuesday. We set up an appointment for the following Friday. They called the next day to say they couldn't make it till the following Monday. That Monday I called them to confirm the appointment, they said they were on their way. They never showed up. The next day I called to ask, what happened? They said we were never on their schedule.

So, maybe that was bad communication somewhere, but I assure you, that wasn't me. We paid nearly $60.00 for an incorrect diagnosis. We then stayed somewhere else for a week waiting for the only plumbers that called us back, only, they never came. 

We had the problem fixed by a local company that pumped our septic tank and unplugged the lines for $350.00. Sander's quote for a job that did not include pumping the septic? $1750.00. So that would have been $1809.00 for the plumbing work and diagnosis without the septic being pumped. 

By my reckoning we would have saved $1759.00 for unclogging the sewer lines and pumping the tank if we never called them and used someone else. Unfortunately we only saved $1700.00 because we called Saunder's and let them come out.

Sanders has been great to work with for our project.  They explained everything to us and gave us up front costs before starting the job.  They were quick when we needed a fast solution.  Then even sent us a Thank you!  We will definitely use them again.

We had a clogged main line called and had someone at our home within 3 hours on a Sunday. Work quality as far as I can tell is A+ after using other local companies throughout the years we have found the perfect plumbing company for our household. Thanks again to Pete Sanders plumbing for making a bad situation more pleasant.

I've known Pete for over 10 years and have used him on many occasions.  I've seen him respond to an emergency late in the day on a Friday when a pipe had sprung a leak and flooded out a basement and garage.  He knows his stuff and does quality work.
