Second visit. This is the smallest size they have. It was a good price for the amount of food and the food tasted great. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat it because the chicken was undercooked. Sorry but cooked chicken is a must, I won't be back.

I ordered a large red bean soup with beef only on Tuesdays, absolutely delicious! Will definitely go back to try other dishes.  The soup is full of flavor, beef is tender, dumplings, and potatoes are a nice touch. Extremely hearty and filling! I'm sorry I didn't take any photos, but take my word for it. The best soup reminds me so much of my childhood.

My favorite restaurant in downtown Brooklyn. Most authentic Caribbean food you can get in this neighborhood, coming here for years and it hasn't changed a bit, only gotten better. The curry chicken, stew chicken, jerk chicken, oxtail, patties, all fire. And the vibe is very nice with the staff, cool people. I always eat my food before I remember to take a picture its too good. Big up Sandy Beaches.

The food at Sandy Beaches is overall very tasty. HOWEVER, they are a bit on the slow side. I don’t understand how during the rush hours AM & Noon, there aren't more people to assist. I give four stars because the food is consistently good and customer service, in terms of politeness is great... that's why I keep going back. I do know I have to be mindful of when I go in the mornings and at lunch because I don't want to be in there for 15 - 20 minutes.

The jerk pork and jerked chicken were delicious! The flavors and spice explode in your mouth. But try to order ahead, the line goes out the door during lunch time. I waited 45 min to order and get my food. But when the food is this good you can’t get upset about the wait!

Went in for the lunch special. I got curry chicken, rice and peas, and a jerk chicken patty. All of the food tasted amazing, especially the chicken which was so tender. The staff was also very friendly. Definitely a place I wanna go back to.

This is one of the best Jamaican places I've been to. I'm a picky Caribbean person. Most of the time don't even eat ox tail unless it's home made, but this place, the food is amazing. I can get an ackee and cod fish 6:30 in the morning and have it taste authentic. Stew chicken is seasoned well and tender. Spinach rice, pumpkin rice, rice and peas. I just love it here, I'll never go back to golden krust or Flavors.

Literally just left there 30 minutes ago and I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered jerk chicken and requested white meat. I was assured my order was correct, however I made it home, opened the container and there’s only dark meat chicken which I do not eat. Total waste of money.

I purchased a large red pea soup that I heard was so delicious. i  was so disappointed once I tasted the soup. Can you say bland yes no flavor. I threw the entire soup in the garbage after waiting almost 20 minutes for it. I won't purchase any soup from their again
