If you are looking for a professional, clean, accommodating, relaxing spa experience, I highly recommend Sanibel Day Spa! My visits included steam and massage services provided by Krystall. She is extremely knowledgeable and relieved some serious neck, back, and hip pain so I was able to really enjoy my vacation. Thank you Krystall!

Booking was very simple and accommodating. My wife and I got deep tissue couples massage with Crystal and Renata and they were both fantastic therapists. They worked out the knots in the areas we asked them to and the whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. Very nice salon and spa!

Zero stars. I did not have a good experience here at all. My husband purchased a package for me to get a massage, pedicure and manicure. I expected great service because of the location and price. The massage was just okay. I told her the problem area I always have because she asked, but she didn't spend any extra time whatsoever going over that area. The deluxe pedicure and manicure were completely underwhelming. I didn't receive any sort of massage which is customary with these services, and is also clearly stated in their description on the website. The polish on my fingernails looked like it had grown out for two weeks. It did not look fresh or new. I mistakenly made a haircut appointment within a few days of this appointment (I know, why go back?!) and that was the worst experience of all. I wanted a simple haircut. It wasn't a complicated request. The first lady made the haircut I came in with even more of a disaster. She said she had been cutting hair for 45 years, but to me, someone with that much experience should be able to cut a simple bob. She did not shampoo my hair or section my hair off to cut. I'm no hairdresser, but I know that is something that always has to be done! She asked how the cut looked and when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked to see that it was completely uneven. Obviously uneven and horrible. After an unpleasant exchange with this woman, she pawned me off to someone else who actually did a good job and cared to ask how I wanted my hair cut. She took time with me and didn't rush me like the previous person did. Kim, the second lady, did her best to fix the mistake that she said was obviously there. I wasn't delusional...the haircut was atrocious. She did a great job, but that is not enough for me to ever go back there. Please, do NOT waste your time or money on this place. It is overpriced and the quality isn't there.

One word - Relaxing! I really enjoyed my day of pampering with a massage and pedicure. They have great products that smell heavenly. Such a cute place in a shopping plaza with restaurants. Will definitely be back for more!

WOW!! I walked in for a Manicure & Pedicure hoping they could fit me in & they did! The Spa was very clean and the staff was professional. Logan & CJ were awesome and very friendly. They used disposable tools which I liked for sanitary reasons and they were very professional. I had a relaxing experience and will definitely be back. Thanks Logan & CJ!! I would recommend Sanibel Day Spa to anyone that wants quality services!
