It was a bday gift of 60 mins facial through Groupon. I got there in time but didn't get called in and started 15 mins later and the facial was done in 30 mins. Just because I had a groupon doesn't mean you should be shorted 30 mins.  The Groupon was to try and come back if it was excellent and be satisfied, but they don't grasp the concept.  Never going back there again and will discourage anyone of going.

Avoid like the plague!!!  As a fellow business owner, I've never been treated so bad before!  I used to spend a lot of money there, but never again.  Long story short, I purchased a large package of services, and they refused to honor the package!!!  After requesting to speak with the owner, he told me he basically doesn't care if I never come back to his business.  I left the spa practically crying, in disbelief that he wouldn't care about a customer that has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in their business!  I would NEVER go back there again, and would never send any business to this spa again!!!!  Doubt he will stay in business long, this is a small town and the word travels very fast!  You can't treat customers this way...
