Called as a new patient. The insurance plan i have is not an "in network" plan. Needless to say the young lady answereing the phone DID NOT understand that and i lost patience trying to explain what that meant. She never once asked my name or any other info about me. In fact this was the second time i called to make an appt. I had to call back because i had all insurance info but the name of insurance company, and obviously she is not talented enough to figure stuff out with out it being in ABC form. Very disappointed in the first impression of the front desk. I work in the dental field and very proud to say THIS is not how our new or established patients are treated.

Love the Pflugerville location, all my questions were answered, they even asked me a few of things I didn't even think of. My whole family comes now!
