Full service clinic open 7 days a week. Located in Pflugerville a short drive from Round Rock, Hutto, and Austin. In house labs and xrays for your convenience. The full spectrum of urgent care services including minor surgical procedures (laceration repair, incision and drainage of abscesses, toenail removal) for your minor emergency needs. Walk in at your convenience, no appointment necessary.

ExpressMD also offers comprehensive Occupational Medicine Services including urine drug and alcohol testing, pre op physical exams, spirometry, and much more.

This group is awesome! When I came in everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The office is sparkling clean and they were brilliantly caring and helpful! What a great team!

My husband and I have been here 3-4 times and the service & overall atmosphere has been great. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my brother. I referred him to this urgent care today because he was having sharp back pain. Upon arrival, Ari the front desk attendant did not greet him nor asked what he needed services for. She simply asked if he has insurance and proceeded to "check it". She then told him it would be $145 with his Blue Cross PPO plan. He tried to explain to her that he only has a 30% coinsurance and that an urgent care visit does not apply to his deductible. My brother asked if she can recheck this information and she simply said that's what it is. My brother came home, called the insurance company and sure enough they verified he is only responsible for 30%. I called Ari personally and kindly tried to explain this information. To make a long story short, she essentially rudely said you're wrong I'm right. She asked that I call her back in 5 minutes instead of her taking my number and calling me back, once she asked her manager what can be done. I called her back and she said "ok we will only collect 30% but just know you're going to get a bill anyway because we know we're right." What kind of customer service is this?! The comment was unnecessary and uncalled for. I understand facilities need to assure payment but it's unnecessary to be rude and make a patient pay money upfront that he is not responsible for. My brother ended up driving back, was seen by a great doctor and was helped, thankfully. I really hope Ari was having a bad day and she does not treat all patients rudely. If she was not, then she needs customer service training.

Did the online check-in for my husband to avoid a long wait time at the clinic. Verified on their website that they accepted our insurance. When we got there we were told insurance was not accepted. Needless to say poor patient service from the beginning

Rude and nasty staff. They do NOT care about you or your pain. They only care about their money.
