Good professional doctors but as of 2017 I now get a facilities charge to use this clinic.  If you want a surprise bill in the mail, you've come to the right place.  If you don't want to pay more than you have to, I suggest another place - Austin Regional Clinic for example.  Goodbye BSW.

Convenient and great service. My daughter had strep but we didn't know how serious she was until Friday late night. We were seen immediately, tested and given a prescription. The doctor and nurses were courteous and gentle in dealing with my 7yo. They are our go to clinic.

I received good medical care here but BEWARE of the billing. You will be charged $150 facilities charge for each time you walk in the door (basically the same as an ER visit--as an "outpatient" for Scott and White) on top of all other charges. I am looking for a new provider.

I absolutely love my PCP! She is wonderful. I like that HGTV is always on when I come in. 

I will say the wait can be long for blood work at this location compared to the RR hospital locale on University, but I've never received better care than here!

Could not be more disappointed with the "care" I received . This is the worst location I've ever been to. Waited over 3 hours while not feeling well to be told nothing about my diagnosis. The nurses in the back have no care/urgency for their patients. If your going to this location on a Sunday, you should really wait until your normal location is open because these people will not helo help you. Total waste of time, have to go to my normal physician tomorrow to get a real diagnosis /proper care.
