I had a very pleasant experience! Everyone was super friendly and the physician assistant that attended me was wonderful! Definitely recommend!!

We have been patients here since 2010. We have always been treated well. The doctor line up has changed in the last 5 years. That always makes me nervous. However, the new doctors are great! We have seen all of them at one time or another. 

It can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment because it is a busy practice. If it is something urgent, they normally can work you in.

I called in for a bad cough that's been going on for over a week on a Tuesday at 7:59am, but they weren't able to see me not until Thursday at 4:30pm.
After all that time, the doctor didn't really take the time to examine me, she gave me a diagnostic just by looking at me and prescribed me 2 medications that I didn't think we're strong enough for what I had. Another week went by and I don't feel better, instead, I think I'm getting worse! I called back in explaining the situation, and the doctor prescribed be a cough syrup, my cough still won't go away, even though I'm practically done with all the medicine I've been given! Now, 3 days later after calling back in I called back again, however, this time, none answered! I left them a message with my name, number and reason for call hoping they were going to call me back, but nothing happened... No call back!

I'm so upset with seton family of doctors unwillingness to help a patient who's reaching out to them seeking help with their health! 

One thing is for sure, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, and I would never refer absolutely anyone there! That was the worse family doctor's practice experience that I've had since I can remember!
