This a decent store and guy that helped me out was really helpful. I can't remember his name but he had braces.

The worst customer service specially coming from a manager named Julia. The manager could not accommodate providing a credit for some thing that double charged me for. Very unprofessional went on a break left the store while she had me speak with customer service on the phone that also could not assist me. After being at the store for almost an hour and a half been given the lame excuses. Very dishonest sales person...customer beware of the services they sell you.

I was there on Saturday and we waited 45 minutes to speak to a representative. And then it took him an hour and 15 minutes to resolve our problem.
