I wish i could give them a zero. Waited over 2 hours and appointment was at 2:30pm. They expect you to be calm. Don't make no sense whatsoever! I want to say more but im so frustrated right now😒😒😒😒😒

I have never had a problem with this dentistry up until today. They called wanting to confirm appointments for my 2 children, I did. I  day or arrival I have other kids I needed to watch just so I could afford the bare necessities. They did not inform me that their policies had changed and any child, sibling or not would not be allowed in the back unless being seen not to mention the fact they are now also discouraging the parents from going back of they had younger children with them....I am not upset about this. I am however upset that they didn't tell me the policies had changed when calling to confirm appointments so I could make other arrangements for the children I way home while their mother's work. They had very rude attitudes towards me when I explained that my son being 4 and till terrified of the dentist would not stay in the back without me whether his sister was there or not.  They other 2 children I had with me were 5 and 6....I'm sorry but I can not allow children that young attended alone in the lobby. I was not the only parent upset by this policy and was only notified of the policy once I was already allowed back with the 2 other children. It was never a problem before but I feel they could have handled it better.

Awful!!! I've had to go a few times and every time has been just awful. Waited 4 months for an appointment with a specialist then waited 2 and half hours to be seen. With a 2 year old. Are you kidding me? I could go on and on about the experience but I'm just making myself even angrier. I really wish there were more options for medicaid families. This is ridiculous that you can't get any type of quality healthcare.

This is the worst dentist office ever. The doctors are rude and unprofessional. Worst mistake ever made was coming here. I wish u could give the zero stars because that's what they deserve.

My first visit was ok. The dentist was very nice but the nurses kept talking about how one was about to get fired and other problems.  My second visit it was a different doctor, the nurses complained and stopped me from walking to talk to each other. The dentist didn't take out all my teeth and and gave me the wrong medicine. Had a bad feeling about this place form the start and I todo my mom but she insisted that I give them a chance. I'm going somewhere else to have the other tooth removed.
