Been shopping at SAS for years bought 2 pair over this weekend was very pleased with my purchase. Alicia was more than help and a very sweet young lady. She took a good amount of time to help me I have bunions and make buying difficult. But she was patient and attentive I will be back this spring

I have purchased shoes at this store for many years and the service has always been excellent. Today was no different. Marion helped me find two pairs of shoes that would be comfortable for my specific situation. I have planter's fasciitis in my right foot which is very painful if shoes do not have the proper support. Marion was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I felt like a valued customer. I do not understand the less than excellent reviews by others. All I know is that I have never been treated badly and have always been happy with my shoes for years after the purchase. Thank you, SAS Albuquerque!

It was a great experience. Great people that work there and I left with a pair of wonderful shoes. Love them and the store!

The comfort and quality of the SAS shoe is fabulous depending on what style you purchase. The brand was referred to me by a close friend. So, I tried them and loved them and continued to buy several pairs. Then, it happened. I bought a pair that were defective and the problem revealed itself. Very poor return policy and customer service. I purchased a style I had never had before and the toggle broke. The store manager, Nataline, said, "Come on in and we will replace the shoe no problem." When I got to the store she looked at the shoe and said, "No way I can replace them, the store owner will chew my head off." You've worn them more then once or twice." She also replied that she wasn't going to argue with me and would have to talk to the manager and would get back with me. She never called me back. I called her back. She wanted to give me $50.00 to purchase the same shoe again. I do love the shoes but, their return policy is poor and disgraceful. Beware of your purchase, because once you buy it, not matter what, it is yours.

recently took the advise of co workers and bought a pair of shoes... greatest decision I've ever made... these shoes saved my feet. great investment. they even have insoles to replace inside the shoe which makes my shoes last longer... thanks SAS
