An excellent women's shoe and beauty department with knowledgeable, courteous staff, who truly know the products in their respective departments and are a great resource for your style and comfort needs. A shout-out to Cindy at the Bobbi Brown counter, who is an absolute maven of all things make-up and skin care. I haven't bought make-up from anyone else since she first helped me choose a new regimen years ago. If you want to look your best, no one rivals her personalized assistance and incredible follow-up.

Dillard's summer sales in the Men's Dep't could not be beat. Bargains were abundant. It's great that it started in June when there was still lots of hot weather left for wearing stylish, well made summer clothes. Also, all members of the sales staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend doing your bridal or any registry here. They gave me a hard time about returning everything as if I was trying to steal from them. Their customer service is not very good either it took 4 people and demanding a refund to get a gift card. Now I see why people use Amazon! Guess I learned my lesson.

Compared to the other department stores in the area, and even compared to other Dillard's in town, this store is extremely clean and well stocked. Thomas from the men's wear section was very helpful in getting me fitted for a suit. Everything he brought me was well fitted, looked nice, and was reasonably priced. Having an employee really spend the time to ensure the customer is taken care of really makes for a great experience.
