I was excited to check out this new Nordstrom Rack store in uptown but I am so so so disappointed in the customer service I just received at checkout. I picked out my items, two pairs of shoes, and proceeded to take my place in the super long line. There was only one cashier and several customers left the store due to the wait. Eventually another cashier arrived and sped things up. When I finally got to the register the employee said she could get me on her register, I walk over and she says "oh not a return?" "No?" She says "oh they look like a return." In a super RUDE tone. What??? I am clearly purchasing these items new from the store with a cart and all and she just insinuated they look sub par and was rude! I say okay and choose to ignore what she said. She then starts to hound me MULTIPLE times after I said no thanks to apply for their store card as I am trying to tell her the card reader isn't working and she needs to hit the button to allow me to pay with my own card...I was so appalled by her behavior. The other employees were nice and attentive while shopping but I unfortunately don't think I will be returning due to the service I experienced today.

Love Nordstrom rack. But poor management here. The girl name rene has an attitude she doesn't know how to be a manager like get someone who is upbeat and puts a smile on their face!!

This is the best Nordstrom Rack. I have visited this store in multiple big cities and they are always a mess and very disorganized. The cashier was very kind to give me my $20 note after not receiving it within two months of opening up my Nordstrom card. Thank you!

I'm glad Nordstroms is here now. Steinmart would be nice to have at WTC, too.

Good selection but some things are marked too high in my opinion. I have been to several other of these stores.
