1-16-2018 The receptionist answering the phone was awful. My vet has moved out of state and I had heard such good things about Dr Jackson, I wanted to move my dogs to her practice. However, after getting such poor service on my very first phone call, I just can't see having to deal with that type of service each time I need to schedule an appointment. The receptionist said she was booking appointments 6 weeks out. After I explained my vet had moved and I was interested in moving my pets to Sassafras, but that one needs to be seen rather soon. She was not accommodating at all. I told her that if I take my dog to a different doctor at my current practice, she will not need to see another vet in 6 weeks. She stated I would still need to make an appointment for them both in order to join the practice, even if not medically necessary. When I asked what that appointment would entail she said the doctor will meet the animals and introduce herself. I asked how much that would be and she said she could not give me a price. Her answers were very short, she sounded annoyed by me, and seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone, like I was bothering her. Dodged a bullet there! Feel free to give them a shot yourself.

Horrible! I don't bring my pets there, but I brought my brother's dog there two times. Not only did I feel uncomfortable being there, his dog felt the same way. They made me & him feel rushed! They wanted us in & out! Dr. Jackson made his dog bleed all over the place! Dr Jackson & the staff are very judgemental & nosey of our personal lives! I felt very violated! Not to mention the place is very unsanitary! The health department should be called!! If you are wise, you would not waste your time, or your pets time, and money, bringing your pets there!

I wouldn't consider taking my beloved pets anywhere else.... The people there are the most loving considerate caring people I know!!! Not only do they care about the welfare of your pets but they will just work all around with with their clients to help in any way that they can.... I just cannot say enough good things about them

Dr Ann Jackson and her staff are the stuff out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Quality care at reasonable prices. You just know that they have all found their true calling.
