Dr. Heller takes his time with all of my pets and does a thorough assessment of their health and condition(s). He provides understandable knowledge of the animal's condition and further steps he could or would recommend taking, however, he does not push any procedures or products that he does not feel are necessary or would not benefit my pet. He really cares about the animal he is treating, unlike some other veterinary clinics I have been to, where the turnover rate is more important than quality time spent with the animal. He has also performed surgery on my dog that other veterinary clinics refused to perform. I completely trust him with any and all of my pets, and I highly recommend him to others for their pets. All of the additional staff are very pleasant, helpful, and love animals, and they are excited to see my dogs every time I come.

First time here. Called them up, scheduled an appointment and got a spot the very day. Took my kitten here and I got to tell ya, Dr. John was very informative and was wonderful to my Murphy! His staff are really sweet as well! They all loved Murphy and said only great things about him! Thank you, John and to the staff! We will definitely be back!

Easy to get an appointment, and Dr. Heller is very knowledgeable and practical.

Great Vet, Love the personal feeling. I called about two weeks after I had my dog there and Dr Heller got on the phone and spent 10 minutes answering my questions. Great Staff as well.
