Decided to stop and see if I can find a sale.They had 5lbs of chicken drumsticks buy 1 get 5lbs free. Store was small but clean also sells hot Hispanic food which looked fantastic. Everyone was really helpful
I ordered the yellow rice and Gandules, Pork shoulder, & sweet plantains….. horrible food. It was cold, the pork was super greasy, sweet plantains were old and burnt….. I will never get food from there again.
Feel very Disgusted and played as we watched one of the Spanish workers man with the left ear missing in the back he fix another customer food before having to pay. When it was stated “We had to pay before they even fix our food”.Were a family of color nevertheless, I had my 10 year old son with me and husband. I work with a lot of Spanish people at the job I’m working and the things those people was saying about us wasn’t good. Want spend any of my hard working money with them again
Clean atmosphere and surroundings, despite the neighborhood, being low income, filled with drugs and homelessness. Prices are higher than those of larger chain stores. However, they offer ethical items that are not widely available. The staff is friendly and happy to serve regardless of the language barrier. Freshly cooked meat and vegetables food items are attractively displayed and enjoyed by busy patrons. Respectfully and your good wishes
This used to be the spot to go to, but now it's very expensive. The food selection used to be better as well.

Not enough variety. If you come after 3:00 the pernil is done. Just dried out pieces. They got to have juicy pernil. When it's good, it's good. No alcapurrias, man.
The only reason this store is open. Because some ppl have no other choice. All the men have bad attitude, food price is high, raw meat is like a box of chocolates. You never know what your going to get.. the quality of the food is a whole joke.
I give 5 stars when Im treated with respect. Never had a bad experience with the employees. They even allow me to trade out what I dont eat. Meat plans are a life saver when you're on a budget. Thanks guys for great customer service.
