Abi did an awesome job! She made sure my sandwich was perfect and even added extra pickles. The store is very clean as well as the bathrooms. With only 2 people working they worked hard to push out a crowd of people quickly. Highly recommend this location.Food: 5/5

Went here got 4 subs paid for xtra on one of them which is a good thing I did. Had I not all my subs would have probably looked like this one I. Did not pay for xtra meat on. I must say this is crazy that I even spent almost $10 on this bread, it’s not that good….but seriously you need to add more portion to the bread on your sandwiches. Look at the difference on the one I paid for extra on and the one I didn’t. Very dissatisfied in this.

Best BLT in Carrollwood. Always perfect.  Super friendly staff and it's even really good when it's delivered so they take care of all orders.

This location made a innocent mistake by applying steak and instead of chicken.  I called and let them know and they provided me a free sub.  I collected 3 months later.  Their location is very clean and staff is fast and efficient.

Ordered via Uber Eats a giant sub and a regular sub with extra meat on rosemary bread. We got both on regular bread and no extra meat on the regular sub. I reached out to the store and they got back with me right away, apologized about the mix up and redid the order. Mistakes hapown; it's how they're handle that show if they care about good service or not and Stephen obviously does.

Always a great experience. I’m from jersey and Jersey Mikes stays quality. Staff is great here, not sure of her name but there is a girl who works here, petite with long dark and and some brown… I wish I asked her name bc every time I see her working she is so positive and nice and personable. I live closer to another jersey mikes but will take the extra 5 mins to drive to this location

I think that Jersey Mike's is one of the best Sub shops in the country and especially the one at 14839 N Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, FL. It is extremely clean inside and out - especially the rest rooms. The staff is fantastic, friendly and the service is quick and and efficient. The current owner, Stephen Hyotala is great as well. Looking forward to making this our Sub Shop of choice in the area.

what a WONDERFUL customer service experience!!!! the owner humself helped us out! he made our samdwiches and was so kind and so sweet!! he was absolulety amazing! the food was really good!! the breads so softs! the place very neat and clean!! me and my husband talked to him and he told us he had twins also, very polite always and how attentive!!.  will definitely come back! this is the way all services should be! May God bless this business!!

Jersey Mike's is by far better than Subway. This location had no line when we walked in. The service was friendly, and the Veggie sandwich very yummy.Food: 4/5
