So I strike a verbal deal on the phone with the salesperson... on the way to a dealer, another dealer chimes in with a offer of their own. As I'm parking, I call the salesperson, Pier and explain the counter offer. Pier responds with "you may as well just go with the other dealer. I respond with "Pier, are you sure you don't want to talk about this in person?" He says no, and hangs up. Hard to believe considering the difference between one dealer and another was 500 bucks and a 10 dollar difference a month. So I left. I called the sales manager, Randy with feedback. I hope it was given. Just weird that they lost a slam dunk deal without even trying. Would never even consider driving that far again. There are much better dealers out there.

Great staff. Great treatment. Reliable. Needed emergency repair on car, took it in and even though it was after 5 on a Friday and they took it and provided a loaner.

One of the best Infiniti car dealership to  lease, purchase, buy or service your car.
The staff is really great. From salesmen, mechanics to service techs, those guys are awesome

Good experience, first time there. They know they're stuff because I knew of the problems with the vehicle before I went but I wanted to see if they were going to be honest or not. They definitely were. I'd say the same about any dealer, you're going to pay dealer prices, however, you also have that peace of Mind that you are getting genuine parts by a certified Infiniti mechanic and dealer, not just some mechanic shop. 

Not that there's anything wrong with using a regular mechanic. 

I did and he put an off brand fog light on my vehicle and spliced the wiring to fit because it didn't how it came, needless to say my electrical issue is now fixed as well as my dog light.

I bought my QX60 from Sawgrass Infiniti and the whole experience was the best. Easy, great people and was able to get everything done quickly. I have my car into them throughout the year for services and only get the best care for my car and fast and easy. Would recommend this dealership to anyone that would like a good quality car with good quality service.
