The building did not smell good, the bathroom was very tiny. You could see how water had gotten under the laminate squares in the bathroom next to the shower & there was mold growing under them. The floor of the tub felt like it would give out at any minute. They do not offer anything other than a bed & a tv. So if you are looking for a over priced super 8 then you have found it! However the staff was very nice!

Newly renovated rooms walking distance from downtown Fargo. The price was very reasonable, but the sound proofing of the rooms is lacking, and you can easily hear the other parties next door through the doors that divide the rooms.

Close to the hospital and even though it is an older hotel it is very comfortable as well as the beds.

I would not recommend staying here when visiting unless you're visiting the downtown Sandford hospital. The facilities were clean, but everything is dated. It's a weird hotel. Other than for the location, I would not recommend staying here.
