Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Very willing to assist travelers with information about Fargo. Well-maintained facility. Pet friendly. Convenient to freeways with an Arby's next door. Rooms are small, but the window seat/bench was a pleasant surprise. We had a view of the interstate which was quite nice as you could tell in a glance what the road conditions were. In the winter, the room was heated well which was comforting as you watched the snow falling outside from the window bench. In addition, the free breakfast had waffles, fruit, toast, cereal, and more.

I was incredibly disappointed in the maintenance of the hotel. There was toilet paper stuffed in holes, dangling outlets, and 5"x8" fiberglass patches in the tub. Missing pillows, and a dried booger on the shower curtain. Was not very homey. Breakfast was gross, dried milk came out of the dispenser, Apple juice had stuff in it that shouldn't be there.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This was the WORST motel experience I have EVER had. The room we were put it had a dirty toilet, toothpaste all over the sink, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We complained and when we were put in a new room we ended up having to have one bed instead of 2 like originally reserved. Yes..there was a roll out bed in the sofa BUT no sheets or blankets available. Then when the bed was rolled out a bunch of garbage came out with it. The next morning because of our change in room we ended up getting locked out of our room so had to go to desk to get new keys. Then..both mornings they ran out of breakfast even though we went down early. I am mad that I will still have to pay full price for the issues and problems we went through We will never stay here again!!!

Pool down and I was really looking toward to that, plus their is no onsite laundry...... Meh😱
