The clerk was snotty to us upon check-in.  The room was tidy and very comfortable. The overnight clerk was funny and talkative. The morning clerk gave me the cold shoulder this morning and didn’t even say good morning.  The breakfast looked and smelled fantastic! When I came back a hour later, it was a very different scene. Oatmeal and sausage patties were gone, and the gravy was soupy. I was not impressed!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. I have always been happy with it. This trip was more of a mixed bag. My biggest concern is that I called the hotel directly to make a reservation. I needed a handicapped room with 2 beds. The person on the phone said that was available and booked it. When I arrived, I was informed that the handicap rooms only had one bed. I even tried to upgrade to a suite, but they couldn't accomodate me. I 'settled for a regular room' with two beds. It was difficult for a two night stay. The second occurrence was that the door to our room was difficult to open/close. When we arrived back at our room after being gone all day, we discovered the door had not been closed. And yes, all of our travel belongings were in there. Also, someone had mistakenly cancelled the room for the second night, so they had to rebook it. They explained the error at checkout. 
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet was good. 
I will not be returning to this hotel. The problems were avoidable.

The hotel itself was nice. They had cookies and the rooms were comfortable and adequate. The service was not great. The worker when we got there was a bit standoffish when we asked him if we could check in and didn't seem willing to help us. Other than that, they had free cookies and fresh fruit and breakfast, so I can't complain too much.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. I love free breakfast, and they have a good one.

Amazing customer service! I got stuck here when my flight got rerouted because of bad weather and they were so kind about getting me to and from the airport! They got me some toiletries and made sure I even had snacks. Very grateful for their kindness!!
