Every hotel was booked for the weekend so I crossed my fingers and called this hotel. So glad I did. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and it was very quiet. The front desk associates were awesome! I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in town.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a long time. 

After checking in we realized there was an error with our room - we were given a room with 1 bed instead of 2. The associate working (Dayton) NEVER apologized. Instead, he told us it was a program error and that it didn't matter what our confirmation had said - he could give us another room but they wouldn't be near each other. 
Ofter weighing our options we booked a room somewhere else & asked to cancel our reservation. He then responded "There are no other rooms available anywhere - but if you want to leave I guess that's your decision, I already offered you another room." I just repeated that we'd like to cancel & that I wasn't happy with the customer service. The response I got to that was "I'm already refunding your room so it doesn't really matter." 

Needless to say I was very disappointed in the experience my friend and I had here & after a 4 hour drive from the Twin Cities it was less than ideal to have to change hotels. We easily could have just taken the second room - but because of how the situation was handled I had zero interest in giving this facility ANY of my business.

Great pricing, especially for an extended stay suite. Unfortunately they do not have a pool or breakfast. All in all the room was clean, modern and well furnished. Definitely stay here again when in town.

Also within easy walking distance is a fairly good diner within the truckstop that's behind it.

Decent rooms. Don't stay in 112 there is a loud knocking noise in the ceiling that consistently happens all day and night. No continental breakfast, but cheap price.

Clean and neat, excellent service very quiet. Solid 4 star. A breakfast bar, and or lounge in house would gain the 5th star. Overall very satisfied
