Helped us with shoes for hiking. Surprised at selection. Person helping us ended up grabbing a variety of shoes. Wife is a hard fit. Found a pair that ended up being half off. Will see if they work. Good return policy if needed.

Great customer service ! Eager to help and have a huge variety of everything. From firearms to shoes and camping.plus a great bike department and shop. Look no further. This is where you need to shop!

Employees are amazing here!! VERY nice and joyful which makes a huge difference when I go shopping  (maybe it's me) but I hate to see employees that have either a bad mood our looking like thier job is so awful. This store is very well organized and clean, and their prices are reasonable. I love how they have cool arcade sections as well as photo booth things you can take pictures from. Great store!

I have always liked Scheels, it really is a complete sport store, lots be of selection, and I never seem to have a problem finding a good x mas gift here.  Only had to return 1 large item which was damaged and it went ok.  Service was good

Great overall, but their refusal to hire men with beards concerns me and lessens the validity of any words spoken by employees in the majority of departments on the second floor. How am I expected to take camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting advice from such remarkably clean-shaven men? Pro-tip: shake their hands when introducing yourself. If their shiny bald chins are complimented by soft hands, consider moving along promptly.
