I stopped in for some comfortable walking shoes Friday night 15 minutes before close. The staff was friendly and accomidating. They didn't make me feel rushed once despite the fact that they were close to closing. They helped me find the perfect shoes and recommended an insert for falling arches. We also purchased a set of inserts for my partner and he can't believe what a difference they have made on his knees. Thank you for all your help and great service. Trisha

I've been to Fit My Feet three times now, and not once have they fit my feet. It is very disheartening to go to a shoe store called fit my feet and still not get shoes. They always turn me down and send me away, which is hurtful. All the joints in my feet are fused, and my toes are fused in such a way that the heel of my foot is narrow and then my foot gets very wide at the toes. Each time they bring it there foot measurement tool, go to the back to check, and come back to say they have nothing to fit. I can't think of a reason to go here. They don't try to fit you any more than anyone else would. They didn't offer any help at all in fitting other than the basics. They didn't even offer to fit me and order anything special.

Nick has saved my running carrier. Nick has taken A LOT of time to help me get into the right running shoe, have the right insert, etc. If it was not for him, I would no longer be running. I was having many issues with my knees and my It ban and it had gotten to the point where I could hardly run. He fixed all of that and now when I run, I do not experience pain. If you're having any foot issues, GO SEE NICK!!! He is the best!!!

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and patient. The shoes that we purchased are very comfortable. But I was rather upset when I got home and my daughter said that she had found a pair that was identical to mine for $45.00 less on Amazon. So I checked it out and she was correct. That is an outrageous mark-up. Please correct this issue.

The worst shopping experience ever. Four sales person in the store middle of the day no customers no help. I was out to buy 2-3 pairs only reason I bought one because I didn't feel like running around go anywhere else. Never go back again
