I suppose the person preparing the food cannot read. Recipe clearly says no onion, I guess this person read extra onions, cause my sandwich was loaded with them. This is not my first time  here and every time I came back to try again I get something added that I do not want. Will be my last time now.

When I asked them to run the meat twice through the toaster, they charged and gave me extra meat. I had to go and explain it them a second time. Ah was the noise I got when now that they understood what I meant.Food: 2/5

I ordered the bogo pizzas today and they were disgusting. You couldn't even pick up a slice it would just flop over and everything fell off bc of how doughy it was. Definitely not cooked all the way, we ended up throwing them away. I tried to come to another Schlotzsky's bc the Tomball location has gotten really bad but the Magnolia location is no different. She refused to help me use my reward for a free drink also & acted like she really didn't speak English. Then I got a very rude "BYE" when I said I would try next time. Absolute worst customer service.

They just keep getting it wrong. Extra meat ordered and paid for not received. No red onions! Onions were there. It’s simple English read the screen! I will take my business elsewhere.

I love the food in this place. Especially pizzas and my favorite one is the California Avocado. It has this special flavor of the Chipotle. Yummy.

They put very little meat on this sandwich They need to do better at making food.

Had not had "The Original" in a couple years, fantastic fresh sandwich!  Customer service is alive and well here too!  When you have no complaints and their still striving to go above and beyond, refreshing to experience! We will be coming back!

They don’t bake long enough and always turns out soggy. Definitely worst Schlotzkys I’ve visited

Clean, parking is convenient, and food was top notch. I had the Avocado and Chicken Flatbread. My daughter had the Turkey original sandwich. Price is always right. Service was excellent, especially the young man who took our order!
