I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice. However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.

I was having a rough day and they helped me take my order over the phone and brought it to my car because I had a sick toddler. I didn't realize it but I didn't order enough food for the event we had so they helped me figure out how much more to order and got it out quickly for me.  The GM is super caring. My son wouldn't drink water but thankfully I happened to have the powerade from y'all that helped him take fluids. So much mayo it’s falling apart. Asked for no tomato due to allergies and they put extra tomatoes. Highly disappointing

Customer service is key to.any establishment....it wasn't here. I could care less if they made my food in 15 seconds instead of there famous 30 seconds service.Food: 4/5

I had tried Jimmy Johns several years ago, but wanted to see if my opinion had changed. So I went back and gave them another try. Now, this location is good, staff was friendly, the place was clean, the food was ready fast. The issue I had was not site specific. What I found was that my original opinion remained--I simply don't like their sandwich. Full disclosure here...I am a vegetarian. I've always been one my whole life. So my opinion only applies to what vegetarian options any particular place offers. In Jimmy John's case, there is only one option, and it is pathetic. Seriously. My rating would be less, but I know people like their other sandwiches, and I am not here to damage anyone's business, but will provide honest reviews of what I find. I'm sure their business model is to only have a token offering for those not eating meat, but maybe it would be worth their effort and attention to be more competitive in that segment. There is another sandwich shop that has quite a number of options and each is absolutely delicious, so I know it can be done. But maybe it just is what it is and will always remain so. Until that changes, I'll be making other choices for my lunch.

This store seems to be run and operated by a bunch of loser lazy bones. They close early so much. It's happened before and it happened again tonight. It was 811 pm on a monday night and it looks like they have been gone. It's just making sandwiches and you can't do that right. "Due to covid, we don't wanna work".

Emma Gearman was by far the only good thing about jimmy johns, the way she slapped those roast beef patty’s down on the crispy fresh mayo gave me chills. She sure knows how to be a fantastic woman who makes remarkable sandwich’s. The way she crunched those lettuce chunks was  wonderful, i hope emma touches all my layers of sandwich blessing each layer with gods gift. although the chicken portion needs some work.

Ordered two sandwiches and they delivered both wrong. Called and they remade them. Brought new sandwiches and one was kinda right and the other one was completely wrong . It’s a sandwich ! How do you mess it up twice! Went up there and they gave me a refund. Decided to not have dinner after that cluster!

Worst customer service. I had a delivery. Called and spoke to a rude lady. Asked to speak to manager and she claimed to be ‘the manager’. In the end, she said I could get a refund and she was informed of the time I was getting off, which was 3 hours later. She said it was fine as long as the whole order was intact including the drink. I get to the store, walk in, see 2 men working, and I told one of them I was there for a refund. He started asking questions. Questions were answered. He kept saying he didn’t believe me. That no one in his store would say the things I was saying. Well I asked him to speak to a manager and he claimed to be the GM and wanted to remake my sandwich and give me credit for another sandwich for a different day because he could not give refunds. At this point I didn’t not want a sandwich, I wanted my money back for being treated unfairly and being called a liar. I spent $23 for ONE damn sandwich, chips, drink, cookie and I paid a good tip for the driver. FYI, my office is half a mile away from this location. Ridiculous. This establishment needs better management, happier employees or needs to close.

The food was good, but the fact that there's nobody running the register is really hurting the revenue of this company. Upon coming inside, the manager running the store said the system was down and to order online. Not a huge problem normally, but we had 5 people during our lunch break having to order on one phone. I saw at least 4 people walk in and leave as a result of their system being down.  Also, because they were so busy none of our sandwiches were cut and we're not made properly.
