I’ve never been to jersey mikes subs before and as soon as I walked in the entire staff greeted me and handed me a free regular sub coupon for my first time coming here! Everyone of the staff is so nice and polite! Wow didn’t really expect this level of customer service! Definitely a must experience!

Curious about some of the reviews mentioning the store manager and her being rude unless it's an assistant store manager? The store manager is freaking awesome and the staff respond so well to her positively. I'm a supervisor and I was taking notes! I wish I could remember her name. She's short with brown hair in her 30s. She was singing and dancing with her staff getting them pumped up for the crowd coming in. I had a special order with my chicken philly and they had no issue with it. Generous with toppings. Said hi and bye. Overall, great location.

I’m making this post to let the entire staff know how great of a job they do! I literally have eaten the Italian sub everyday for about 3 months now and it never fails on quality and quantity. I haven’t eaten a sub from anywhere else in over 5 years! Keep up the good work! Everyone from the general manager to the grill people stay motivated and keep being great!! The GM is amazing and her smile and upbeat spirit is contagious and it shows through her work and staff!

Quality is as good as any other Jersey Mikes.  The staff is friendlier than most fast food places.  The wait is horrendous and why I won't be back.  I've waited 30 minutes for 2 subs twice now.  First time, the manager apologized and said there was an issue but she took care of it.  I appreciated that she stepped up and made sure the food was ready quickly once she realized my sandwiches weren't ready I went and got fries next door so who knows why. Today...it happened again.  30 minutes.  Manager apologized and blamed it on being an accident again.  Told me "I'll refund your order...I do it all the time" and then walked away.  Took my food and left. Won't be back to this location.

I've been to this location numerous times. The wait times are increasingly long and the female manager is rude to customers. The staff seems almost afraid of her and they are often inexperienced and slow on the line. On a previous visit, I watched the manager lose her temper with a customer who double checked that her sandwich was being made as she'd requested. The manager snapped at her. The final straw for me was on my last visit, this same manager was incredibly rude to my parents as they ordered. I was recovering from surgery so I was sitting down at a table. My parents were ordering for my children and I. I'd texted the order to my mother using the sandwich numbers to make it easier for her to order. The manager was slicing meat and bread that day. She lost her patience with my parents when they couldn't remind her how many of the sandwiches they'd ordered had ham on them. My parents didn't know because they were ordering based on numbers. When my parents were confused by the manager's repeated demands to recount their order, the manager got so frustrated with them, that she yelled 'FINE, I'll just do them one by one!' and slammed the meat she was holding back in the case. The entire restaurant went quiet. This was too much for me, I walked over to her and suggested that if she couldn't remember the whole order then maybe she shouldn't be trying to slice meat for 7 sandwiches at once. We did not have a nice exchange. We asked to speak to the manager and she told us she was the manager. I will not be back to this location. I can't imagine that the staff has an easy time working under a manger who yells at customers regularly.

I order from here all the time, until now. Will find a different location. I placed the order online, asked for CPR on my sandwich and a side of CPR for my wife's. I tipped on the order as well for the request.  They didn't provide CPR on my sandwich or the side for my wife. I call up there and explain the situation and the employee asked how they could rectify the situation. I told him to comp my wife's sandwich as she doesn't like it without the CPR. I could hear him talking with the manager in the background. She was dripping with attitude and was irritated we would even ask.  I ask because we didn't get what we ordered. This manager has no customer service skills and I will stay clear of this location because of it.

If you don’t order exactly what’s on the menu, they look at you like you’re an alien. Also, Very expensive for a cheap sandwich.

FRESH FRESH FRESH!!  Amazing Staff provided an unbelievable experience!  Everyone we spoke with was so happy with their sandwiches. Owner made a special point to meet with several patrons and gather their feedback and just enjoy a casual visit. We’ll be back soon!!

Normally, I'm not much of a fan of Jersey Mike's; but this location is different.  The food is made with care and is delicious.  The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
