Worst sandwich I ever got. It was suppose to be a veggie sandwich and I could literally count the spinach leaves, like 2. I only got lettuce, spinach and olives but they were very stingy on these three veggies. See picture.

Nice location, quick and friendly service with great tasting fresh veggies. Fairly clean with nice up to date seating and restrooms. No complaints besides the deplorably unusable app which is not their fault at all but makes ordering with points very difficult. Overall a great experience though, will be coming back!

We actually walked out! It was the worst service I had ever seen. When we walked in the door, the gentleman said it's going to hour! I have like 24 orders to make right now so I won't be able to help you for two hours.. How does anyone run a business this way? I was really looking forward to a nice sandwich today, and I am extremely disappointed.

One person working at noon on a Wednesday is ridiculous!  He was a good worker but only so much he can do.  Lettuce was half brown, out of turkey, meatballs and out of cherry coke.  7 people in line while I was in line.   Saw 3 people leave without ordering and at least 4 people open the door saw the line and turn around and got back in their car.

Just  pulled away from this location 2:52pm and the gentleman making the sandwiches didn’t greet me at all, I said hello and advised him I was there for a steak and cheese bowl he went to the back without explanation and didn’t come back for 3 min I just left I will not return And if this is the type of people they’re hiring Let them fall by the wayside I’d rather pay more at Jimmy John’s

This Subway has been OK, but occasionally is out of stock of items or drinks. Haven't had any problems with quality of food or service.  Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie choices

kelley is always amazing. i’ve never seen somebody with such great work ethic and an even better personality.

Walked in tonight at 8:30 they stay open until 10:00 and the lady acted disgusted that I wanted four sandwiches. She shouldn’t be serving customers. Keep her attitude in the back or get rid of her.

Unfortunately the reviews for this location are very accurate. Lettuce was beyond where it should have been served, the guy literally put 3 leaves of spinach on my sandwich, and the drinks in the fountains I like the new aqua fresca were not prepared properly. Save yourself the trouble and go to the location off of research forest and Alden bridge.

Manager lady is as dumb as a brick. Watched a customer order a subway bowl and asked her for utensils to eat it with. She told him they didn’t have any utensils and the customer got upset because they just spent about 5 minutes ordering and putting together their bowl - the manager gets upset with him and kicks him out of the store!  Worst management ever! I would highly suggest going to any other location - there’s another subway not even 8 minutes away a little further down 1488 that’s connected to a gas station.. probably more worth it to go to that one.
