Who would have thought that a "tiny" fender bender from when I started to go when a light turned green but the car in front of me started, then ... stopped???... traveling the distance of a foot or two would cause so much damage. Well it did and my insurance company had a list of approved body shops. My life is crazy busy so I wanted one that was "close." Cherner won the prize! And so did we. They finished the job in half the time they thought it would take. The car looks beautiful. The engine looks unbelievable pretty. And the stupid lurching forward problem that got me into this mess, it was fixed too. I love this place!

I have some different review than the one posted on Sep1 by someone else. Well, it is a totally different scenario. My car was totalled and the insurance company towed it to this location. I took everything from the car and left the keys with the dealer. Unfortunately totally forgot about the MotorCycle key that was with the car key chain. I only realised about the missing keys after two weeks and by that time car was already declared totalled and moved to different location. I contacted the store and got the GREAT news that Motorcycle key is kept at the store. One of the staff named "Jose" working there saw the car keys and kept it at the store. He didn't have my contact number. His kind and thoughtful action saved me big time. So from my point of view there are some good persons working there........

They must be booming, or disorganized. I filled out an online request for appointment, got the confirmation and thank you screen.  Never heard a word from them.

Forget about the quality of their repair job (which is extremely poor and amateurish), they ruin the interior and exterior of your car as a bonus to you. Two folks I dealt with (Irwin and Brandon) are very understanding and accept responsibility and fix things. Another staff, Jackie is very arrogant and doesn’t feel sorry for the customer who has to bring the car back three times to address the problems their repair center caused. When I mention to her that my experience has not been pleasant, her statement was "Accidents are never pleasant". Why someone would want to compare the customer experience with their body shop to the accident? Sounds like, experience with their body shop can only be as good as meeting with the accident in the first place. Do yourself a favor and find a body shop with good reputation.
