Always a good experience. I'm a guy who likes to do work myself to save money and peace of mind, but have had nothing but good experiences when bringing my wife's Jetta in for work. They replaced the AC compressor and drier for much cheaper than I had been quoted else where and was very timely work. Friendly staff. Trustworthy place of business.

Highly recommend ! Very honest, could have charged me $9,000 for my transmission repair, but found a recall on my vehicle that saved me the whole sum. Great people and business

You will not find a better place. I have been in the area since 1992 and have used many different shops. Many were very good. Shroeder's is THE best.

They are very knowledgeable and efficient. They do what they promise when they promise it. They stand behind their work like no company I have ever seen. If it's not right, they make it right, and they do it with a great attitude.

You will not meet a nicer man than the owner, Bill Shroeder. His manager, Kenny, will not have you bring your car and then let it sit for several days. When he schedules you, they will work on your car. You are never surprised by what they did, nor by the cost. Kenny keeps you advised every step of the way. Their mechanics are top-notch.

Finally, and most importantly, these men highly value integrity. They sincerely care about their customers. It your car doesn't need the work specified by dishonest competitors, they tell you.
You will Shroeder's Import to be the shop you've always wanted to find--honest, caring, efficient, and competent.

How often have we heard that females are taken advantage of when doing anything pertaining to cars.  The owner and staff of this establishment provide great service and are trusting.  They take the time to ensure you have an understanding of the problem and solution.  As well, I compared prices and he they are equal to or better than.  I left for while, but I am coming home.  Thanks Bill for presenting as a man with integrity and for hiring a staff that mirrors your foundation.  Great family as well!
