This is such a great dealership! I recently purchased a used car from here and I am so happy with it. Kevin Murillo helped find the perfect car for me in such a kind and profession manner. I have recently been to other dealerships that had extremely pushy associates but my experience at Nissan Of Mckinney was completely different. If you're looking for the perfect car within your budget and want help from kind, knowledgeable, and professional car sales people then go to this dealership!

Ask for Francis.  He will treat you right.  I bought a Ram 1500 and Francis was very thorough in explaining the workings of the controls.  He was also friendly and patient in the negotiations on the price.  Geneva the Sales Manager was a delight to work with.  In the end, I felt I got a good vehicle at a good price.  I even had the truck lifted on a rack in the service shop and talked directly to Technician Spencer which I found extremely helpful.

I got the car from this Store 3 months back. 
Firstly, the experience of whole purchase was good. Everyone was good and I took the car on the same day. 
Before I took the car, I was told that they lost the second key and they promised me that i will get the key in 10 days and I took the car. 
After 1 month no one tried to call me or got me the second key. I talked to 3 different people in this 3 months and everyone says I will get the key in a week. None of them responds properly. 
Bottom line, the interest and caring is only for car purchase(money) and not the customer satisfaction. I hope now you understand why I gave a 1 rating !!!! Try another Nissan Dealer for better experience.

Very polite customer service. Salesman Jason Thomas was very pleasant, informative, honest and straight to the point . Such a good car buying experience.  I spent less than 2 hours buying the 2014 pathfinder and couldn't be more excited about my purchase!  Thanks you for treating my and my kids so well!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I dealt with Dennis Boyd and Michael Gonzalez as well as Jeneva who was the sales manager.  They left floor mats out of the vehicle and Dennis was able to coordinate a way to get them shipped to me.  Great service, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan.
