I brought my Ford Escape in for some minor work. The driver door was pushed in from a low speed impact in a parking lot. Jay Lane did a great job keeping me informed and working with me to get the best deal for the work that needed to be done. I'll definitely recommend others to get their body work done here.

Thank you so much to Dustin at the Service King in McKinney for all of his help! They had amazing customer service and fixed my car faster than expected. I'll definitely be using this location again if I have any more car trouble. Thanks for everything!

I was getting ready to sell my Toyota MR2 Spyder when I had a parking lot fender bender. Needless to say I was pretty upset because I had a buyer, but he wasn't willing to wait until I got the car repaired. Service King did a fantastic job, and my car looked better afterward than it did before the minor accident. Every representative with whom I worked was very knowledgeable, very courteous, and helped my anxiety not shoot through the roof. You see, I had to sell my car because I have knee surgery pending, and I cannot drive a stick shift any longer. I was very fortunate to get a buyer almost immediately. Service King not only repaired what was determined by AAA to be the necessary repairs, but they also took the time two do a couple of cosmetic repairs that they noticed but I had somehow overlooked. To reiterate, the representatives and the actual technicians did a top-notch job, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs both minor and major repairs on their vehicle. 
 In this day of mediocrity and indifference, it was nice to find people who took genuine pride in their work. It is too bad more people do not have the same work ethic.

Since I have to select at least one star in order to post a review, I am forced to give them one star.  Otherwise, I'd choose none.  Here is why.  I got into an accident, my passenger door is smashed and cannot be opened.  I am given a choice of places by my insurance to take my car.  Service King is right across the street.  My insurance calls over to them to tell them I'm on my way and to give me a rental.  I take my car over, go inside and ask for the representative that handles my insurance.  He comes out, asks if my car is drive-able, I say I drove it there.  He then tells me he can't look at my car until Monday and thus he can't authorize a rental because my car is drive-able.  This is without even stepping outside to look at my car.  I tell him I can't open my door, so if for some reason I am hit on the other side of my car and can't open my other door, I would be trapped.  I call my insurance back and they said "did you speak with John?" I said that yes, that is who I talked to.  They wanted to call him back and clear it up.  I said not a chance.  I would not be taking my car to people who treated me that way.  On top of the fact that, John was completely unfriendly, and I will never go back there or recommend this particular Service King to anyone.  Maybe it was because it was Friday and he didn't feel like doing any more work that day.  I gave my business, and my insurance gave $15K, to someone else.  Thanks Service King.

My car repairs were done and I was picking up my car right before close. Turns out they lost my car key. So 1 star incoming, until Jay went above and beyond with the customer service. He stayed late with his daughter in his arms so I could get into my vehicle that night and reunite with my family in Florida early the next day. Thank you Jay for turning a 1 star into a 5!
