Horrible. Watch out for their billing issues. I was told that it's 90 days no fiance and contacted their customers service A) You have to leave a message B) You email them and they say to call them. I ended up paying off the loan quickly to avoid their scam, but don't run into the same issues that I ran into. Don't trust the 5 years no interest, or 90 days no payment. Read the fine text before signing.

My husband and I had the privilege of working with the incredible staff at Schubach.  Brian not only worked with us to get much larger diamond than I thought was financially possible (we got an incredible value!), but went above and beyond in getting the ring to us by the time we made the trip back out from Vernal.  The staff truly cares and this is an amazing store with phenomal customer service! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I know that two stars is a little harsh but I gave this place so many chances. I ended up choosing to lose $1000 in in-store credit to go to another jeweler because I could not handle working with Shubach anymore. The band on my ring that I bought there literally turned black after swimming one time. After that my husband and I were sure to ask if things were all natural elements. In the process of selecting a replacement ring we had to pry the truth out of them still. SO ANNOYING!! We went in to get help 5-6 times and were told to come back when Brian was there, because he was the only one that could sell anything.... What The Heck..... What were the other employees for? I did not feel listened to but very talked at. Went to Wilson's Diamonds and had a night and day experience and only had to got the store ONE time!

Bridget and Brian took excellent care of me. Made the experience really easy and showed me all the options for my ring buying. Would recommend this store and especially Bridget and Brian if you are looking for jewlery. I'm coming back again!

We've enjoyed amazing personal service regularly, especially from Heather, Nancy, and the manager, Brian. We actually call ahead to make sure Heather or Nancy is in when we're considering dropping by.  I trusted them to treat my mother like a queen when we bought her a gift that needed sizing. She hasn't had much experience dealing with jewlers and was a little intimidated, but I gave her these names, knowing they'd treat her right and answer her questions so she felt listened to and not talked down to.  We were not let down.  Even my shy oldest daughter loves dropping by to look at things here when these saleswomen are available! Brian is great stepping in to help without poaching off his employees. We trust him the same. We've been able to get great deals on colored stones  that our teen/near-teen daughters enjoy. They enjoy lovely "real" jewelry (as opposed to the stuff from department stores or mall discount jewelry shops for kids)-- smokey quartz,  amethyst, lab created emerald, aquamarine, green amethyst, etc. all without breaking the bank. They get to learn how to care for quality jewelry and with the warranties it's not a heart- breaker if a piece gets a little beaten up or if it loses a stone. Also, as they grow up they can have pieces resized as needed. 
My husband loves a good deal, enjoys spoiling our girls and me,  and appreciates quality and artistry.   Schubachs has been a perfect fit for us with the best personalized care and service we could hope for.
