I would give it 5 because of their customer service but I give it 4 because of their prices. They had really pretty engagement rings and a lot that we really liked but they were overpriced by like $2000. And they said they could gets the price down but they just do that to make you feel like you're getting a good discount on it. The customer service was amazing. The lady who helped us was funny and understood our preferences. She never tried to sell us something we didn't want.

My wife and I went in four months ago to get my wedding ring. We got a 6mm 10k gold ring for around $400. We have now been married for three months, and today, I found that the ring had a crack in it. It goes all the way through it, still one piece. I called today and they said that to fix it, it would cost $200 (even with a life time warranty), but luckily we didn't buy the warranty which would have been a complete waste of money. But really, four months after buying a $400 ring and no help nothing. Totally ripped off. Not worth even stopping in to look at rings here because they don't care about their customers at all. They are a terrible company out for money and not helping people.

Zales is the worst!! They closed all of the stores in the Salt Lake Valley. I have the protection plan which requires 6 month inspections of my ring. Now my only options are to visit a store over an hour away, which requires two trips (one for drop off, one for pick-up), or to send it in at my expense. Had I known they were going to close all of their local stores when I bought the ring, I would have gone to a local jeweler. Never again will I shop with Zales!!!

Horrible horrible customer service. Bought a wedding band for my husband, over 500$ 3 months married and it's cracked. And they are not willing to fix it without a huge payment. Do not buy here! Crappy rings!

I had such a good time picking out a ring.  I had three sales people helping me and it was great fun.  I tried on so many rings I was worried it would irritate my sales people, but if they were they certainly didn't show it.  When I got my ring after it was sized (and I 'd added a simple band) I was so impressed.  It looked even better than I remembered.  I still catch myself looking at it and loving it.  Just wish I didn't have to leave my name to write this review!  I'm kind of wishing I worked there.  Probably, wouldn't get much work done.
