I had a lot of questions about the different styles, colors and sizes from all of my internet research. I found myself in good care with my afternoon weekday visit. I was offered to try both women and men’s as I liked. I had access to a fair offer on a discontinued boot, but I had my eye on a specific style this time. Several other customers came in but my salesman was very helpful to my many questions. I ended up with what I wanted in the first place, but I’m very likely to be back for another pair in short order. Kelly and Dylan were on staff when I visited.
This is a Red Wing company store situated on the west end of Hopkins along the south side of Excelsior Blvd. This is an old school American shoe store catering to the footwear needs of serious trade persons and offering a good selection of the latest Red Wing Heritage boots and shoes for men and women. Though unassuming from the outside, the store has an extensive display and healthy inventory. I have appreciated the expertise of the store manager and staff as they have to tools and knowledge to advise best fit for their products. It is easy to drop in and to know what size Iron Ranger boot is your best fit. Parking is available out front and the customer capacity policies are posted for easy reference at the entry.
Dan was super helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me find the right size for the boots I wanted a full size smaller than I would have thought! and gave me a good sense for how to break them in and take care of them. He even taught me a new way to lace them up to make the break-in process a little more comfortable. All-around great experience.
Top notch customer service from Paris and Kelly at this location. I visited this location to find high quality every day walking shoes for my fiance. The American made shoes we selected I am very impressed with quality, overall appearance, etc.... They boast a 30 year life span with lots of services to help upkeep clean and polish, replacement of sole, etc.... 10/10 would recommend!

Great customer service. They asked what I did for work and gave me a few selections of what would be best for being in a warehouse all day. Plus sent me up with the right socks to keep my dry all day and to keep my boots from getting smelly. Its been a month and I love the boots I bought and the moister wickening socks. Very kind over the phone as well!
Excellent, friendly service and very knowledgeable salesperson. Explained my needs and how I use my boots, and immediately had 3 matches. Salesperson made sure I was sized properly and took the time to explain why I was feeling what I was feeling with the new boots, even as she was close to closing. Awesome service, product, and atmosphere, would recommend.
Amazing to work with!! I called several Redwing stores and Hopkins store was the only store willing to take the time to find me the boot I was looking for and transfer them in from another store out of state.
I'm always helped instantly and the men there are very on top of everything. Very genuine service and get my boots fixed for free. Thank you. Would recommend
