Great place and very helpful. If they don't have it you probably don't need it!

Great store friendly and helpful staff.. Some of them can be minors or just over 18, and still answer all my questions! They train and educate their staff well!! I would highly recommend them I believe although they just call themself "Scituate Hardware" I belief they are an Ace Hardware store also!! I would highly recommend them if your in the area and need just about any hardware item, they also make keys *a lot of places do that I know but they just do a great job.. I could easily compare them to a Home Depot or even better. They have a large variety of products like I said before I belief the even go as far as plumbing (easily) gutters the replace glass if you have a broken window from a house they'll replace the glass and properly seal it.. They all definitely know what they are doing!! Never had a bad experience and have been going there for years I have live in Scituate for at least 18 years now 24 and have been going since I was about 10 or so.. *Mentioned my age to show just how long I have approved of their services!!!! 
Great store, Great employees, have even heard its a great place for employment from employees themselves!!! I WOULD AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! :)

Old school hardware store with more stock than the building will allow. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Stop here before the Depot
